I see you, I am you. I started my businesses before kids and a few after kids and it is 1000% easier to do this work before you become a parent. In 2018, I took a deep dive into personal development and looked into mindset work so that I could stop myself from being so overwhelmed. I began my process of healing (another story for another time) by incorporating affirmations. I then taught affirmations to my then 2 and 4 year old and we use affirmations every day on our drive to school.
